Support for specifying training and testing files

I noticed that there was a issue
(#40）opened a while ago on support for specifying which files to training on and which ones to test on. Is this functionality implemented?

#40 was never implemented and pushed into the main branch. If this is functionality you need / desire, it would be a great first issue for contributing to nPrint / nPrintML, as passing the directories separately should be a relatively small change.
