Profile page: empty state glitches on Atmosphere account loading #1781

Describe the bug
When user has 0 likes and Profile page reloads empy state is shown for less than 1 second and disappears after user data is loaded.
- Add loading state to prevent this glitch.
- Improve Like widget rendering by adding loading state, so it does not glitch when user has liked packages: 0 -> X (see recording below)
Steps to reproduce:
- Go to https://npmx.dev/profile/[YOUR_HANDLE]
- Remove all your likes (sic!)
- Reload page
- Empty state glitches (<1s)
