Add UV Filter to Water Tank

Why Do This?

So we can drink catchment without dying.

Definition of Done

Filter is inline and switched so it is not burning juice 24/7.

I'm not sure the best way to do this right now tbh, but maybe:

• install it on the drinking water line with the flavor filter
• use an electric solenoid to divert from main water line to drinking water line
• put a button at the sink that switches to drinking water, so we have one tap and a momentary button (or even better, combo momentary/fixed switch like bilge pumps) that flips the diverter and powers up the UV filter.
