Separator character in numeric literals

Just ignores '_'

I'm not sure where this should be. Probably within the AST when evaluating IDs.
Otherwise as a preprocessor plugins

Actually C++ does it nicer, which is 1'000'000. I'd much rather agree with that instead of underlines.
