Fix for 'The AWS SDK for JavaScript (v2) is in maintenance mode'

Which node are you reporting an issue on?

What are the steps to reproduce?

Run Node-RED server, with node-red-node-aws version 0.4.0 installed.

What happens?

At Node-RED startup, a warning appears in the (docker) logs for the nodered server container:

27 Oct 06:53:39 - [info] Started flows
(node:8) NOTE: The AWS SDK for JavaScript (v2) is in maintenance mode.
 SDK releases are limited to address critical bug fixes and security issues only.

Please migrate your code to use AWS SDK for JavaScript (v3).

What do you expect to happen?

This warning would not appear, as v3 of the AWS SDK is used instead of the older v2 one.
