[BUG] No workspace animation when overview is closing

While closing the overview, there is no workspace animation

Steps to reproduce

1. Open the overview
2. Switch workspace while closing the overview

(easier to see with slow animations)

Expected behavior

Workspace animation while the overview closes, like when the overview opens

Actual behavior

No workspace animation while the overview closes
