feat: interactive notebook execution

Consider binder service to host interactive versions of your notebooks, if that is possible(?)
I would also suggest to move the notebooks into a separate directory notebooks instead of keeping them together with scripts.

I've made the notebooks folder as suggested. Interactive notebooks would be great I think, but it's not a priority for now I'm afraid
