• Add WolverineFx + WolverineFx.PostgreSQL.
• Configure host, durability tables (.AutoProvision() or an EF migration), reuse existing Postgres connection.
• Behind a config flag; abstraction still bound to the MassTransit backend.

Acceptance criteria

• App boots with Wolverine configured but inactive.
