Service Starts each time viewing the log

I'm checking this out based on a user who is having issues with my builds of APRSdroid. I haven't played with it much yet, but found that viewing the log of APRSdroid in atak causes the service to start even when it's already started. Probably no issue.

Other possible issues is that the service seems to stop according to the user. I'm looking into that soon also.

Check out my version of APRSdroid. It's significantly enhanced over the original.
