Specific placeholders now compatible with colour #47

I'm trying to use the luck perms placeholder %luckperms_prefix_element_highest_on_track_trackname% on hover text but sadly it brings the colour codes into it e.g "&4Member" rather than "Member" that's coloured red. I've tried the placeholder with holograms and TAB and it works fine so was wondering what I'd need to do to get it to work with your plugin.
