Images on the Filters web manual page are squashed

On my Firefox 147 on Windows, all images on this page are unintelligible:

The HTML to display this image is:

however, 8b10b.png has dimensions 1069x218 so it gets resized.

The width comes from the \bigimage command in the TeX source, which is defined here:

Getting reasonable image in tex4ht scaling seems to be complex, but just getting rid of the specified width may be a less-bad option

the command to run ebb, which as I understand retrieves the dimensions of the images, misses the directory for filter images

/ng-images/filters is missing. I assume based on the inclusion of the images/filters/ directory ebb does not automatically recurse into subfolders?
