I’ve started to implement Symphony support, and it needs an updated Seurat container with symphony R package, something like:

@nictru Should I build and publish an image under my own Docker Hub namespace (I just never did this before, but seems quite simple) and point the workflow to use it, or would you rather keep container publishing under your existing namespace?

The standard way is to construct the images using seqera containers

You can either go the R route using AnndataR and r-symphony or the python way and use standard anndata and symphonypy. I am personally more of a python person, but both options are fine with me
