Allow to use PAT instead of password

If the Jira DC server is prohibited from using basic authentication (only SSO is used), no connection can be made (403 error).

Currently, this functionality is not available. It is on our radar for potential future development, but if you are up for it, we had gladly take a look at a Pull Request and prioritize a review.
