"Make Routes" not workings

I have successfully set up the tool and granted all the necessary permissions. Everything is functioning as expected, except for the Make Route feature. When I click on it, an error message appears.

Could you please assist in resolving this issue?

This app uses MKDirections from Apple MapKit for calculating routes. Only the regions listed here are supported
