[Bug] Registry can be created without mandatory fields filled if clicking "Edit as YAML" and then "Create"

Version: v0.6.0 + backend v0.10.1

Steps:

• Go to "Registries configuration" page
• Click "Create" button
• Do NOT fill in any data in mandatory fields
• Click "Edit as YAML"
• Click "Create"
• Then it will be created as "s-kftzh" name...

Expected behavior:

• Registry only can be created if all mandatory fields are filled

It is not a bug, it is the default name mechanism in the Rancher UI.
But it is a bug which is not showing error if mandatory fields in empty.

The reason of this issue is a mandatory field (URI) does not prefilled in the configuration page. So when user use Edit as YAML, the URI is still empty, but no validation on this field during the YAML submitting.

I notice that, in Rancher page, all the mandatory fields except name have prefilled value, like the PersistentVolume

So I suggest, we need to add a prefilled value in the URI field. How about "ghcr.io" as default value?
