Lookup table for Segmentation labels

Hi,

Is there a lookup table available for the segmentation methods provided in Brainchop? The output label indices do not seem to align with the standard FreeSurferColorLUT.txt. Could you please clarify whether a specific label reference or mapping is available?

Thanks for your patience!
We have mapping to the names of the regions, but that makes sense only for the 104 class model of the DK-atlas:
public/models/model21_104class/colormap.json
In principle, you could trace the following names back to FreeSurfer as well:
public/models/model18cls/colormap.json
The following model
public/models/model30chan50cls/colormap.json
also uses FreeSurfer naming but it merged contralateral homologues into a single label
