Screenshots: regenerate provider screenshots to include DeepSeek

Two screenshots need regeneration against a 0.25.2+ binary:

• screenshots/output/init-01-provider-list.png — provider picker in netclaw init
• screenshots/output/provider-manager.png — Provider Manager TUI

The website VHS tapes at screenshots/tapes/init-wizard.tape and screenshots/tapes/provider.tape produce these. They were not regenerated for #110 — keeping the existing pre-DeepSeek shots for now.
