Additional Details

Current Controller Behaviour: It can be Paired with the Console. The console says paired. The controller is still in paring mode. (Led left-right animation). Controller inputs are registered by the Switch correctly. The Color of the Pro Controller is displayed right.
After about 30 Seconds, the Controller turns off and vanishes from the console. Just tuning the controller back on: It blinks a little and turns off again.

About the Controller: It's a 3rd Party controller from AliExpress, that is a 1:1 copy of the original. I bought 3 of those in different colors/editions.
I tested them on PC before. It wasn't possible to pair more than one with one pc at the same time. (One of them also didn't want to pair at all)
I also tested them on the WiiU + Bloopair. One works fine, cant pair multiple as well.
On the stock switch, I can pair and use all of them at the same time, without problem.

(I don't know if it has Motion Controls - Havn't used them yet)

3rd Party or clones are probably not targetted to be supported. This is the reason, why I want to try it. - I just don't know how...
How could I debug that?

Controllers with native switch support, official or third party, shouldn't require explicit support from Mission Control as they are simply passed through to the system once recognised. Since you say that the inputs are registered correctly, I assume the controller is also recognised by Mission Control.

On the stock switch, I can pair and use all of them at the same time, without problem.

Are you using the same firmware version between stock and CFW? 22.0.0 made some changes to the way the player LED controller command is used, which broke handling of controllers that make use of it and required changes to mission control. Maybe your controller firmware also isn't handling this case correctly on the new firmware.

You were right. Its a problem with 22.1.0. The Consoles are all 22.1.0 both emuNAND and Stock.
The last time I saw them working on Stock was before modding. I upgraded the Firmware before modding.

I guess that there wouldn't be a way to support both/overwrite the nintendo-code to make them work. So my (relatively) new controllers, that I have used 3 times are effectively just paperweights?

I wouldn't expect a third party controller to accept official Nintendo updates. They run their own firmware and usually only implement the bare minimum to make things work. Is there any possibility of a firmware update from the manufacturer?

It might be possible to block the problematic command and fake success with Mission Control. I would need to look into it

Yes, they are failing on 22.x.x Stock and with MissionControl.

Is there any possibility of a firmware update from the manufacturer?

I have bought them from AliExpress and the Listing is no longer available. I contacted the seller, but I'm not very confident I'll get an answer.

I want to help as much as possible, but I think my C++ is too weak for that.

It's been 2 weeks and I havn't gotten any response from the seller (they not even read the message). So there is probably none.
