Develop logic programs for completing Gate

Using the current state machine that we have, determine how robot understands that it has successfully passed Gate and develop contingency plans for when it hasn't.

 This project will require understanding of
- state machines
- competition tasks
- our current state machine
- ROS

This project will also require the completion of
- gate computer vision code
