Base URL

CAPI 的核心体验是少填一段路径。

传统 OpenAI-compatible 网关通常要求：

https://shiliyuming.com/v1

CAPI 可以直接填写：

https://shiliyuming.com

后端会自动兼容这些路径：

POST /chat/completions
POST /v1/chat/completions

GET /models
GET /v1/models

GET /models/{model}
GET /v1/models/{model}

仍然兼容标准 /v1 写法，方便迁移旧客户端。
