[FEATURE] Weather module for waybar

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Would be nice to view the weather built into the waybar. I would recommend using the following source to display weather information. This link is my fork of a fork of the wttrbar script that adds more features and I applied some fixes to it. I know not everyone would like this but we can add it into the settings app.

I personally suggest to add an option to install it. I wouldn't install it as I don't need it. It could a great design choice to keep this feature separated from the dotfiles to keep them as much clean as possible.

I have customised my waybar to include this weather forecast as a module, next to the workspace indicator in the middle of the bar
