[FEATURE] New Rofi theme with better efficiency.

I have made new theme for rofi app menu. This one is more compact and a bit faster. It does not rely on the blurred-wallpaper image to be shown as background. Instead i used low-opacity background with a blur layer from hyprland and an xray layer to show real-time blurred wallpaper. It is truly instant without any delay.

NOTE: I am using low blur level for hyprland on my install so it will be close to the previous blur level for the default ml4w install.
