add keyboard switcher to panel

As a user, I would like to be able to change the keyboard layout and see the current one. To solve this problem, it is suggested to add a keyboard switcher to the top panel in the right corner. This would be convenient for non-English speaking users. The widget will display the currently selected layout (as two letters, for example EN) and change if the layout is changed (for example to FR).
