Please help with Customisations

I love ML4W and am very grateful to Stephan for all his hard work and making his hard work available for us to use. There are several personal customisations I've been able to implement, but there are a couple I've not yet understood how to resolve. 1) I successfully added the seconds to the digital clock, but irritatingly when the seconds change the timezone I added next to the seconds jumps. I believe I can change this behaviour by changing the font to a monospace font, but I'm having difficulties in identifying which font to change in the waybar style sheet. 2) I like the bar at the bottom and I've added my preferred icons to it; however I would really like to make the icons a little bigger, change the icon theme for a clearer one and move the icons to my preferred order. Can't seem to find how to do this easily. Thanks for your time and trouble.
