Feature request: remember last theme

It would be helpful to have a way of remembering the last theme used, and enabling it automatically when emacs starts again.

Sounds like a good idea, but I guess that'll involve persisting information about the currently active them on file-system to be able to retrieve it on next startup, correct?

Currently I am using https://github.com/anler/remember-last-theme which writes the loaded theme names in a file.
