Have you updated your local copy of pdrtpy-nb lately? I don't see that cell in the current version of PDRT_Example_Model_Plotting.ipynb.

installed from scratch.

Does "installed from scratch" mean you used

pip install pdrtpy

or you cloned from github and did

pip install -e .

?
