Be more clear about which direction of the fold change is plotted (write it into the volcano for example)?

Also, make it possible for the user to choose the direction.

Maybe give the user an option to choose which group is the "control" group and make sure that in the volcano plot the positive log-fold changes are corresponding to proteins upregulated in the treatment/disease group compared to control.
