Hi, I am trying to test incongruence using ete3 in phyparts but I keep getting this error "(ete3_fix) [odago@dongfei phyparts]$ python visualize_phyparts.py

from ete3 import Tree, TreeStyle, TextFace, NodeStyle, faces
ImportError: cannot import name 'TreeStyle' from 'ete3' (/home/odago/miniconda3/envs/ete3_fix/lib/python3.9/site-packages/ete3/init.py)"

How can i solve this problem when I want to visualize the tree?

Hi,

That appears to be an issue with the ete3 package, perhaps something went wrong with the installation?

I also would recommend trying the phyparts script in my other GitHub repository, it is more up to date: https://github.com/mossmatters/phyloscripts
