body model download and model files structure

Hi! I am preparing the environment to run the demo. But I do not know which body I should download and how to put them in.

I downloaded the smplx, and here is the file structure.

And I run the command: python -m run.tester.wholebody.demo --config configs/wholebody/subvp/mixed.py --task generation --bodymodel-path ./smplx. But apparent an error: FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/data/code/DPoser/lib/body_model/../../../body_models/smplx/SMPL-X__FLAME_vertex_ids.npy'.

I think it should be some models I missed. Could you please give me an instruction? @moonbow721

You are correct, the error FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: '.../smplx/SMPL-X__FLAME_vertex_ids.npy' occurs because a necessary file is missing.

You can download this specific file from the official SMPL-X website. Here is the direct link to the required zip file:

Simply download and unzip it, and place the contents within your smplx model directory.

For the complete and correct file structure for all body models (SMPL, SMPL-X, MANO, etc.), we recommend referring to the setup used by the OSX repository. It serves as a great reference:

If you are only interested in running the whole-body demo, you just need to download the smplx related models from that link and ensure they are placed with the correct structure.
