Disclaimer

Pullwave is a general-purpose tool that downloads videos by handing the addresses you give it to yt-dlp and FFmpeg.

Everything you download with this program is done at your own risk and on your own responsibility.

  • You decide what to download. You are solely responsible for the content you download and for making sure you have the right to do so: copyright and other intellectual-property laws, the terms of service of the sites you use, and the laws of your country. Only download content you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for it, or that you otherwise have permission to download.
  • No responsibility of the authors. The authors and contributors of this project do not host, index, promote or control any content, and are not responsible or liable for what users download, how they use it, or any consequence of that use, including legal claims, loss, damage, or account or site restrictions.
  • No DRM circumvention. The program does not remove or bypass DRM or other technical protection measures (Widevine, PlayReady, FairPlay and similar). Protected streams cannot be downloaded, and the program is not meant to be used to try.
  • No affiliation or endorsement. This project is not affiliated with, authorized by or endorsed by any website, streaming service, content owner, or by the yt-dlp and FFmpeg projects. Names of third parties belong to their owners.
  • No warranty. As stated in the MIT license, the software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. It may fail, stop working when a site changes, or download something other than what you expected.

Manga section, extensions and stores

The manga section does not contain any manga and does not host, index or promote any. It reads sites through extensions made by other people (the Mihon/Tachiyomi community) and run by Suwayomi-Server.

  • You choose the stores and the extensions. The stores you add and the extensions you install are your decision and your responsibility. An extension is a program that runs on your computer: install only extensions from stores you trust. The authors of this project do not make, review, audit or endorse any store, extension or site.
  • You are responsible for what you read and download. That includes copyright, the terms of the sites and the laws of your country, and the content marked as for adults (+18), which is hidden by default and only shown if you turn it on in the settings.
  • No responsibility of the authors. The authors and contributors take no responsibility for what is used or downloaded through the extensions, for extensions that stop working, misbehave or are removed, or for any consequence of using them.
  • Helpers. FlareSolverr, which you can install in the settings to open sites protected by Cloudflare, needs Docker and is a separate project; the same terms apply.

By using this program you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
