v 3.0.1 always errors on a PNG file

Describe the bug
When I attempt to use v3.0.1 (both versions, self contained and the one that requires .Net install) to document a Solution (only Flows) I get an error message that the sharepointonline.png is in use and process cannot access the file. It appears to happen on second iteration or loop as the first flow in solution is documented, the process fails on the second flow. Funnily enough, generating only images works fine. Using v.3.0.0 has zero issues using the same Solution as input.

Running on W11 24H2, build 26100.7840
