Challenge with installing plugin

Summary

Initial plugin install ended up failing :

Going to check yarn files. Would love some direction on where I could focus my efforts for associated logs

Steps To Reproduce:

1. enter plugin install command: sfdx plugins:install https://github.com/mkreth/sfdx-metadata-coverage
2. Confirm unverified plugin installation

Expected result

Plugin ready to use

Actual result

Install did not successfully complete
