Jasmine has been very usefull in my analysis
Could pedigree be added in the future?
For example, merge all SVs from all individuals, then compute family-aware annotations based on pedigree files:
AC_all, AF_all (all samples)
AC_founders, AF_founders (founders only: one parent per family, typically both parents if unrelated)
AC_probands, AF_probands (probands only)
transmitted, untransmitted, de_novo_candidate
I'm currently generating a custom annotator for families but this would be extremely usefull (and maybe not very hard to implement).
Any suggestions on what parameters I should be aware when doing pedigree analysis based on Jasmine merging would be great too
