One time password not working

Describe the bug
Not getting the email with the one-time password.
I purchased a license key and entered it in the Mingo app. When I try to use the application, it shows a modal to log in, but I do not receive any email with the one-time password. Therefore, I cannot use the app.

It worked for the Gmail domain but did not work for other domains
