Disambiguate this project from SageMath (computational FOSS)

I've spent a couple of minutes trying to tell these apart. I was looking for examples of SageMath (http://www.sagemath.org/) processing data from ES, and stumbled upon this. =)

I would propose some notice at the start of README.md perhaps?
