Provide support for Whisper API key

This is a local-first project but not everyone has the hardware locally for transcription. It may also be good to update transcriber.py to match the API in https://platform.openai.com/docs/guides/speech-to-text anyway. Related to https://github.com/micseydel/tinker-casting/issues/2
