Is there any good way to install winget in system?

It is been annoying me a long time that winget is such a complicated things to install
It is been a pain in the ass when trying to install the winget in a new system that doesn't has winget
I try to install with the appxpackage on git hub
with command

And it has permission problem that doesn't run for me

And i can't find a good way to install winget after trying to reinstall my system again and again

doens´t work for me got error at repair-wingetpackageManager with error ¨add-appxrprovisionedpackage unidentify error when running the snipet is that the snipet working in windows10 ?
