Description
This is an investigative task, ideally we can target various operating systems, browsers, and devices. Github Actions may not be sufficient for this purpose.
Items to test perfomance on:
- Built-in directives
- DOM manipulation
- DOM policy
- Hydration
- Lifecycle
- Using basic browser Custom Elements not derived from FASTElement
- Observer Map
Update:
Work has gone in to create a method for recording benchmarks, and adding methods for recording performance marks inside various hydration lifecycle callbacks.
