Package size change should be reflected in:

• changelog (may require some investigation into how to integrate with beachball)

Package size should report:

• Core (the minified rollup)
• Per these exports:
  • FASTElement
  • Updates
  • Observable
  • observable
  • attr
  • children
  • css
  • ref
  • slotted
  • volatile
  • when
  • html
  • repeat
  • type exports (under consideration)

The reporting of sizes should use the esbuild minify for the distributed rollup and each export.
