Ethr Tool does not work on RHEL

Hi Everyone,
I'm trying to use Ethr to send some tcp traffic across two machines. one is running Centos and the other is running RHEL.
Actually I'm unable to get Ethr to run on the RHEL machine.

[root@localhost ~]# cat /proc/version

kindly ignore this thread. I re-installed again and it works perfectly fine
