Describe the issue

Post upgrade to Feb 2026 upgrade "Search Dynamics 365 knowledge article flow & SLAInstanceMonitoringWarningAndExpiryFlow" flows from default solutions are now suddenly appearing as "orphaned flows" and it is showing these flows Under Managed solution ,not allowing to change Flow Owner permission from System to CoE Tool Kit Service Account.

Expected Behavior

Flow should allow to change its ownership or do not show as orphaned as System is assigned as owner
