Your example doesn't work out of the box

I use next commands:
```
git clone https://github.com/Microsoft/TypeScript-React-Starter.git
cd ./TypeScript-React-Starter
yarn install
npm run start
```

And I get the error:

>

> (77,26): error TS1005: ',' expected.
