[Bug] <short description> DevOps Pipeline using Power Platform Build Tools fails on unpack

Describe the bug

The Code App is integrated in a solution, together with a MDA.
The current DevOps Pipeline is made using unpack/pack. I know we don't need that for Code Apps, but our consultants prefer to work that way with the MDA.
The pipeline is throwing an error on unpack:
"Error: Missing or more than 1 composite reference 'BackgroundImageUri' found for canvas app orb_investbudgetplanning_fe59a, cannot resolve composite files for this component."

Steps to Reproduce

1. create a DevOps pipeline, to transport a Code App and a MDA
2. include unpack and pack steps in the pipeline

Expected behavior

Actual behavior

Fails

Additional context

I saw that there was an issue with solution packager, which was recently fixed. (#116)
But it seems that the Power Platform Build Tools doesn't contain that update (and wasn't updated since quite a while)
