Describe what happens to custom components/unknown components #333

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I would like to merge to calendars and I would expect everything to turn up by default.
- known rfc components
- unkown X- components
- generated timezones if absent for all components
If e.g. only VEVENT is there, I expect all the VTIMEZONE components also to be there if they are used by the events.
That should be documented.

Additional context
collective/icalendar#1124 considers timezones.
That is good. Ideally, we can get valid calendars as output always - especially on the command line.
For optimization, in Python, we can skip extra steps.
