JavaMiner is a versatile tool to mine cryptocurrencies on a java/minecraft server. It works by downloading the required binaries and executing shell commands through a .jar file
The compiled version can be found in the releases section. Upload the .jar file to your server and run it once then stop the server and modify your run.sh to your monero wallet address.
