Adding USEEXT to pkg.info does not trigger pkg rebuild

Specifically, I was adding "Geant4" to the dgpriv OSGExamples/pkg.info, and it diid not rebuild.

Adding USEPKG Utils on the other hand, DOES trigger a rebuild of the package.
