Discussing with @vlachoudis it looks like we need a VirtualAPI taylored for FLUKA usage. Opening this issue to iterate over necessary features (in addition to those in the one already added for OpenMC):
- Need to be able to get material composition and densities.
- Might need a cached xsect/scattersampling method, just in case.
- Need to know if a material is isotropic or anisotropic.
