Support for SpeedRunIGT 16.0

Unfortunately it seems the new 16.0 version of SpeedRunIGT has introduced changes that break MCSRPaceWidget.
I tried finding the issue myself, but unfortunately I'm not familiar with java and maven development and only got a blank page when opening the widget.

Thanks for the report. This was caused by unrelated code being merged into master, which broke the widget. That code has since been moved to a separate repository, and master has been reset to the v3.3.1 codebase (note: some commit history was lost in the process).

The latest master should resolve this issue. Please let me know if you still experience any problems.
