Escape Semicolon in CSV

I see, but normally you don't have semicolon in any fields...
but yeah it could be added, I'll merge it when/if I do a new release.
I'm not sure I will continue, I was quite disappointed to see my work stolen...

In my experience, I use , as field separator; and my filename sometimes has inside them this char

So escaping it with " is a good idea
