fix ice detection

since rust-lang/rust#112849 breaks (apart) panic messages, I will probably have to rework ICE detection

still kinda broken, maybe unify ice_msg and error_msg ?

panicked at box is longer than "panicked at /rust//foo/bar/blub.rs the former is chosen
